What to expect from the first phase of this session:
The first thing I do is open the crown chakra (energy center). This is where the flow of spiritual energy comes down into your body and flows on down thru your feet. While I am massaging the head area, many of the things that may be on your mind will come thru my awareness. Often times, the things that dwell on our mind is the very thing that blocks our path of health and happiness.
When I am finished with the crown area, I move directly to the feet. I connect to the sole chakras (energy centers) and can pick up a lot of what is currently happening in your life, what your approach to life is like and whether this approach is beneficial to your life and health.
I do want to add here that it is vital to your well being and mental clarity to have ALL of your energy centers open and flowing, starting at the inner core. If you are not familiar with your chakra's just click here for more information. Altho most people look at the 7 major chakra's (the word major is used to represent the largest energy centers on the body and not so much about importance), there are many many other chakra's that govern your body as well. Every joint area has a smaller chakra that governs that area, every pore in your body has tiny little chakra's that absorb and emit energy, and in between every vertebrae in the spine are cylinder type chakras. All working together to nurture and nourish the whole body.
I then move to your feet and in a type of reflexology I send energy to your major chakra's to equally open, balance and heal but equally to do deep listening. Often times your energy centers will tell me what is happening within both your physical life and emotional life that you need to address or pay attention to for your continued opening to both physical wellness as well as spiritual growth. You would be amazed at the information contained in your feet!! (smile).

All DNA layers work together in harmony. It is not like any therapist is going to say, hey here is layer two. 10 of the 12 DNA strands are very inter-demensional and altho we tend to talk about them as separate, they are very connected and work in harmony together. What we are doing is tapping into the communication of the specific DNA layers to share back to you what your body and soul needs you to know.
Usually the first DNA layer accessed is the clients DNA layer 2, your life purpose layer. This is part of the biological layers and tells us (me and you) what in life you keep avoiding, because that very thing is your life lessons and the thing you must face and deal with. This is NOT your Karma but your PURPOSE. Now, lets be perfectly clear here... your purpose will change as you change. So many people want to know what their spiritual purpose is before they even deal with the purpose they came in to understand... which is healing... which goes hand in hand with DNA Layer 9.
In accessing layer two, that means I am also accessing layers 7 and 8 which is your divinity as well as your Akashic Records - DNA Layers 7 and 8 AKA the Creation Layers/Akashic Records Layers. This aspect of your DNA tells the me so much about you... your highs and lows... and I will share everything I can back with you, because it is for you to understand and know! (Altho I must say, I pick up so much profound information thru clients, information that is global... and I am so grateful in so many ways.)
What I want you to realize, is that you have access to such amazing wisdom and understanding, I just happen to be the one who can hear your DNA, so I listen to what you already know unconsciously (both globally as well as personally). When you are ready, you can join one of my courses to learn how to listen and gather all of your own information (both for yourself as well as others in your life.)
I am also tapping into the Healing Layer of the DNA layer 9 thru the whole session as well. DNA layer 9 is there for your own healing purposes, here is the kicker tho... it does not heal the body - it heals tha akash!! If you ever had a Hands of Light session with me you know the first thing you are told is where your dysfunction is (be it in your thoughts, your approach to life, your relationships, etc., and then you are made aware of how to change it. Some of it you brought into this lifetime to deal with, some you created in this lifetime... ALL of it is affecting your akashic records. Heal the Akash, heal every aspect of you (those lives you are living beyond the one you are in).
The one aspect of your DNA that is communicating to me (actually you, I am just the mouth piece for it) is DNA layer 6 - the Higher Self, or your soul essence.
Your HigherSelf (DNA Layer 6) is the very essence of what is being brought to your attention. Your higher Self communicates everything that is being shared with you in this session. Your higherSelf is also instructing my hands on what to do with your physical body and what energies to release where. Sometimes you will get "life path" information to help you move thru your life. Also, it is from this layer of interaction that Kundalini is activated once you (we) have cleared the pathways within you for that energy to start flowing. This is also where understanding what Sex, Love and Kundalini really mean in your life and how to work with this vital life force energy (your soul energy). This also facilitates stage 1 of the opening of the heart chakra.
Detoxifying the Physical and Spiritual Bodies:
As we move thru life, our bodies are producing toxins. Whether it be negative thoughts, negative impacts on our energy field, dead food stuffs, the list can go on and on. We store these toxins within our energy field and in our muscle and organ tissues. When I am done opening your core energy and your chakras, I then send a variety of highly concentrated energy into your muscle structure via body work/massage techniques.
I NEVER send any of your toxins thru your body. Traditional massage teaches a therapist to move everything up thru the venous system and into the lymphatic system then thru the digestive system. How rough for the body!! Especially if you have a massage therapist who has naturally flowing energy coming thru their hands (I have found that a lot of therapists are so blocked themselves that this is not an issue... but that is a whole other story). The body cannot handle a huge brunt of toxins being broken up and filtering its way back thru the body, which is why most people need massage often. Great for business, not so great for the client. I also want to make perfectly clear, most therapists don't even realize this case. Schools are busy teaching Eastern Philosophy, which is great for a 3000 year old human, not so great for a New Age, New Energy alignment human (me and you). A LOT has changed energetically within the body over the last 3000 years!!!
Because I have been able to teach myself to see what is moving thru your body, I can see the toxins as they release themselves from your body and I physically and energetically guide it all out of your body thru the sole chakras, palm chakras and your major chakras. Often times in this session when I do your back, you will feel the massage getting gritty, as if you have laid in sand... that is the toxins coming out of your chakras, just like you see in the Ionic Foot Detox, only colorless.
I AM NEVER alone in a session. I can often times see your spiritual team working with me, Sananda (Jesus) and Archangel Michael is there helping us... the energy is amazing. They are there especially to help replace the energy in your body. When one has any sort of energy or toxic release, you should always be refilled energetically as well. We use a variety of energies to replace the old energy. One of the main things you become filled with is Adamantine Particles.
The Beloved Jeshua (Jesus) through his blessed messenger, Glenda Green, has named the First Light of Creation “Adamantine Particles.” He teaches, “ These particles are the Light of consciousness and the building blocks of physical existence. They give flesh to Spirit, as well and nourishment and healing to life. Adamantine Particles respond to magnetic attraction and it is by the pure love within your Sacred Heart that you command them. Adamantine Particles are commanded by love and only by love.”
Adamantine particles are crystal-like particles of infinity, which contain stored potential to manifest any original substance or element. The Sound of Healing...
When I finish the first half of the massage (clearing out the entire core system of the energetic body) I then use the Otto Tuning Fork at each chakra center. This tuning fork is designed to project sound directly into the physical body. You can feel the sound go into you -- a sonic massage of sorts, but really does so much incredible work within the body. I can see what the sound waves are doing within you and will keep you abreast of it all.
Once you are flipped over, I then send every once of new energy deep into your Cellular/DNA structure. Your entire body is now vibrating at the level of Spiritual Change. What you do with it all, is up to you!!
Once your body is fully adjusted and balanced, another set of tuning forks will be used to bring in the resonance of our Creator. These tuning forks utilize the principles of Gematria "an ancient Hebrew system that equates numerology to the Hebrew alphabet" in order to create tuning forks which utilize the numerical and sonic energy of "EHYEH ASHER EHYEH" often translated: "I AM THAT I AM".
These Tuning Forks create a sacred sonic relationship that brings harmony to those who receive their frequencies: balancing the nervous system, increasing the auric field, and expanding consciousness. In addition, people who have listened to them have indicated that they hold amazing healing properties and help initiate and enhance spiritual experiences.
Healing has never felt so good!! Please keep in mind, it is up to YOU to keep the new energized flow of energy within you. You cannot do what you have always done (especially if you are in pain, illness or disease of any kind) and keep what has just been infused into you. You will leave the session with instructions on how to keep this energy flowing thru you... it is up to you to make the changes needed to allow full health and vitality to return permanently!!
Energy Work:
Energy work is that which the words imply: a therapy through energy work that initiates healing and well-being. Suited well for persons who are depressed, fatigued, anxious or simply unhappy with life, energy work is also a method of personal growth and spiritual enlightenment.
Energy work, consists of balancing the chakras within the body. By clearing and/or opening the chakras within the human anatomy, individuals are empowered with vibrational balance and harmony; thus, encouraging overall well-being -- mind, body and soul.
The principle behind energy work is that universal energies surround us and are available to us for alteration purposes. Energy work is a therapeutic method of deep purification that releases old traumas and fears that limit our natural healing capabilities. Through the process of energy work, our chakra's open and relinquish heavy energy blockages. By means of energy work, an individual gains mind clarity, understanding, and heightened awareness.
What is energy work?

A more basic question, perhaps, would be the exploration of what is energy.
Energy is the term that has come to be used to explain or to connote the basic life force that exists in and all around you. Its very intangibility to those who exist solely, in their perception, on the Earth-plane gives it an ethereal quality that makes it seem difficult to understand.
Often people say they cannot feel energy. What they really mean is: they do not know what they are feeling when they feel it.
All of you feel energy all the time. All of you have the ability to discern what it is that you are feeling. You simply need to bring awareness and attention to what it is you feel.
Understand, however, that this can be a difficult process. Sometimes certain protections are built-in to your patterns of awareness that make it difficult for you to notice when you are feeling certain kinds of energy. The people who feel energy the most tend to be those who have chosen to accept that doing so is a benefit to them. This is a choice that you can make at any time. But understand that such choices need to be made on all the levels of your being. You are your conscious mind. You are also your heart space. You are also your soul or essence. All of You works together, all the time, to create the choices and the responses that you have all the input that you receive in the course of a day.
Energy Expanded
Going back to the question "What is Energy?":
Energy is simply the explanation for the life force that exists in and all around you.
In other words, everything has its own awareness: a table, a book, the cells that make up your nose all have an individual awareness. This collective awareness moves in a cyclic fashion, much like a wave and much like electricity does.
In fact, a very good analogy for "What is Energy" is to compare it to electricity. However, electricity has far more instant tangibility than does energy. You are beings made of energy. That is what you are made of - there is nothing more to you than simply energy. Another way to describe energy is, of course, calling it Love. It's gathered together in certain patterns, in certain ways, to create form. The form can be a microphone. The form can be a person. The form can be a tree. It's all made of the same "stuff".
Energy work, then, is an activity that helps to bring awareness or attention to the energy that you are and the energy that exists all around you. When someone puts their hands on someone else, when they're doing Reiki or other energy healing, they are simply intending to bring attention to the energy that is already that other person. That's all there is to it. Energy work brings attention to what already exists within you.
The reason why energy work is effective is because it acts as a catalyst to assist you with the process that you choose to embark upon. If you are receiving healing from someone else, you are choosing to accept that healing, and in so doing accept whatever comes of your new attention and awareness to the healing that is taking place within you. No one person can heal another without an interaction and a choice being made by the recipient to bring their energetic awareness and attention to the possibility of healing taking place.
Question: So the healing actually comes from increased awareness?
Yes, but even saying "increased awareness" is a little bit misleading.
You don't necessarily have to have that awareness within your conscious mind. Your body, made up as it is of energy, has awareness of its own all over the place. Your leg has awareness that you may not be aware of in your mind - but your leg knows. If your leg is choosing to hold attention to the healing that needs to take place within it, then that will happen.
Question: If one person intends to bring healing energy to another, when will it be helpful and when will it do nothing?
That is a very good question.
Understand that the recipient of energy work chooses to accept the awareness and attention that comes from the healing action. Understand also that this choice need not be on a conscious level.
It is easy to differentiate between when this is helpful and when it will do nothing. There is always, within you, an even deeper and more underlying part of you - your essence, or soul - that you tend not to factor in when you think about choices, decisions and healing. If you are the target of intended energy work or intended healing because you have a condition that others think needs healing (for instance, if you are a person with cancer) other people will give you energy and will send energy to you in the hope that you get better. But perhaps on a soul level it is your choice to experience the illness to its ultimate degree. Perhaps it is the choice of you on a soul level to not accept that healing - in which case it won't work.
It will always work, however, when you you, as your conscious mind, are in closer connection to You on a soul level. When you are making the choices, living the life and walking the path of someone who is connected to themselves on a soul level, then energy work will always have an effect - and it will always have the effect that you choose, that you desire.
Often people don't know what they want - in which case energy work can also be very useful. We already mentioned that it acts as a catalyst for what's already present. So, if someone wants a shift - a transformation - in their life and they receive energy work, it can help them bring clarity to their desires. It can then help gather together what they need within them in order to move off in the direction that they want to move in.

What makes my massage unique?
Once I got out of massage school (May 2006) and started my private practice, every time I did a massage like school taught me to do, I felt like I was going against the natural flow of the body. Little did I realize that "feeling" and trusting my own inner guidance on how to really serve the physical and spiritual bodies within my massage, was going to take me into a whole new understanding of how our energy body and physical bodies work to release toxins, including emotions we store with ourselves.
I had already been doing "energy work" since 2001, so this was a place I was very familiar with. I knew the energy body intimately, but yet it didn't fit with the way we are taught to work the physical body via massage. We are taught to do our massage strokes upwards. So what we as a massage therapists are doing is breaking up the toxins within the muscles, facial and skin and sending back thru the body via the blood and lymphatic system. Let me tell you, we have A LOT of toxins in our bodies and the physical body simply cannot eliminate at the rate of speed we are breaking up the inner debris and sending thru the body. That is why you may feel good for a few days (or longer) but eventually need another massage. Everything settled back into place, or even in new places. What is your core energy?
The way I see the core energy channel is like an etheric tube that runs base of the brain (the brain and crown being the funnel in comes in and moves out of) down the spinal chord, just above the tailbone there are two tubes that run down each leg from the spine and out the soles of the feet, and at the heart center two tubes that run down the center of each arm and out your palms. Your chakra's connect into this core energy channel and are affected by it.
When your core has blockages in it (most people do, that is really where their "issues" are stored) it will adversely affect your chakras and eventually your health and well being. Keep this in mind, if your chakras are our of balance or sluggish... check the core!! So many people only concentrate on fixing their chakra's and wonder why it only helps for a moment or two. Spirit had told me that fixing (having energy work done) on your chakras is like knowing you have a knock in your engine and you take your car in to get new tires. Gives you a smoother ride on the road, but that knock is still there!
When your body is resonating with the vibration of the Otto Tuning Fork (front and back will be tuned) all the toxic energy within your body is released thru the sole, palm and major chakras with a variety of massage techniques. Her hands and your body are in complete tune with each other and together they know exactly what your body needs to release your toxins. As your body is releasing toxins you are equally being filled up with the highest capacity of Light Energy that your physical body can tolerate, leaving you refreshed and whole at all times.
